This is a review of sorts... If you have any questions regarding the game, ask away...
Got the game in the mail today... Been playing all day...
It's great... I played it non stop for a few hours... It's much more interactive than Sims 1, and obviously better graphics... It's really funny, too... Like, parents will react when a baby poops... They'll get all upset and wave the air and yell :p
The Create a Sim is VERY in depth... It's almost like a wrestling game's CAW, only you cant edit height...
It's great... I made a bachlor, Rob Striker, and I had him marry and they made "WooHoo!"... Fireworks right there! :p They had a baby girl named Bess who looks like Rob, who is currently a child... Went through baby and toddler... Rob is almost an elder, so he's gonna be old and his wife is like 10-20 days younger than him :eek: It's really realistic... Like, you gotta buy food at the lots or have it delivered, you get to choose what they do at work sometimes, etc... I'm in the buissness career, and I bought a toy for my boss, and her kid choked on it :eek:... You can also teach your child to potty train, walk, and talk...
Instead of years, they age by day... To make it a bit faster obviously... I believe it goes:
Pregnent: 3 days
Baby: 3 days
Toddler: 5 days
Child: ??
Teen: ??
Adult: 30 days
Elder: anywhere between 10 and 40 I believe
I've heard that there are diffrent kinds of ghosts who do diffrent things... Examples:
If they die of old age, they are restless if someone new moves in... (Same for most)
If they die in a fire, they can start fires...
If they die of hunger, they can steal food...
If they die of electricution, they start fires I think...
One of them, not sure which, can possess dolls and make their heads spin! :p
There arent THAT many items right now, enough, but there will be offical downloads at the official site and of course have their famous expansions... I already downloaded 6... (Including an Alienware PC)
Overall, the game is great... If you didnt like the Sims 1, you MAY like this, I dunno, cause I loved the first one and loved that... I do recommend atleast trying it somewhere...
