Edit- This is the coastcard boat. It's extremely rare, I think.

I have seen that boat it comes out around the beginning of nighttime I think but I have seen it near the boatdocks though that's the only place I have seen them. :D Hope it helps.

I've just found one of these. These boats are okay. They're **** compared to the Squallo and Cuban Jetmax. ;)

I cant find this boat still, i jacked a boat out in the ocean but the boat didnt come to rescure them. (thats what kevin told me)

Did you shoot them or just punch them? Try just puching them then keep hitting them on the floor (the driver of the boat) maybe that would work...it's what I do to make an Ambulane come.
