Okay... I have a few problems...
1. Every other time I load up my PC, it crashes with a sound error, then everything else crashes.... How can I fix this? And could it be that I turn my PC off the hard way? (By hard way I mean just pushing the tower button, Im lazy...)
2. Whenever I run Scandisk, it doesnt competely go through and restarts itself... How can I get a full scandisk?
Thanks for any help...

Turning your PC off with the button Damages your system, seeing as the hard drive would just 'stop'. :P

Cutting the power to your hard drive is just overall bad for it, whether through the "proper" way or the tower way, but the proper way of doing it doesnt affect your hard drive as much..
I leave my computer on 24/7

Not mine. When I hit the power button on my computer it tells windows to shut down. Same thing as hitting the start button and Turn off Computer. :D

Oh yeah, if you just press it it shuts down normally, but if you hold it, it just turns off completely, which is wrong :P
